Refund and Exchange Policy

At Hazure we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service.
Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return
or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer conditional exchange
if you face quality issues with the product.

If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to
get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality
Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you.
After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit
for future purchases in case of any major fault.
Moreover orders that are customized or discounted are not eligible
for Return or Refund or Chargeback.
